Our Mission

Scratch Skating is built to help everyone regardless of age, race, religion, gender, or skill level to progress in their development of skateboarding knowledge and/or performance by giving them the tools they need to train. We aim to bring all of those who enjoy the sport together to break current boundaries and take skateboarding to the next level.

The Team

Scratch Skating wouldn't be possible without all the support from my friends and family. Skateboarding has introduced me to some amazing people both on and off the board. This app has been a huge endeavor and without those around me to help, I don't think it would have ever made it to the internet.

I've had a love for skateboarding since I was a kid and was skating until around high school before I got caught up in teenage mischief. It wasn't until college where I started skating again to get around campus. Since graduating, I didn't step onto a board until age 29, where a fiery passion took over.

Originally, this app was a learning tool to help me progress in my career by combining both of my loves, skateboarding and technology. A lot of heart went into creating this and I hope it brings you as much joy as it brought me while building it.

Spencer has been an enormous asset for the design of the Scratch Skating app. Alongside his professional design work, he was able to help with UI and other design input.

I've been skating with Spencer for years, and we always pushing each other to progress. I wouldn' have been able to do this without his much needed assistance.

Wilber Morales Torres

Wilber has shown incredible talent since the day I met him at the local Hamilton Skate Park in Novato, CA. Originally from Puerto Rico, he relocated to California with his wife who is serving in the Coast Guard.

He's been a huge help with our social media presence and content creation by lending his skills to be used in our videos throughout social media and more. In the skate park, he is always giving a helping hand to anyone that asks to the point where he has been dubbed "Coach Wilber". It's safe to say he is the backbone of the brand and represents what we stand for perfectly.
